Root River Trail

Hike the meandering Root River Trail through Greendale and West Allis.  Check in for this hike will begin 8AM Saturday morning at Scout Lake.  This years event has available for purchase a back patch and enameled hat pin. Help keep America beautiful by picking up litter along the parkway - garbage bags provided by 'Keep Milwaukee Beautiful'

The Root River trail can be hiked at any time of the year.  Payment of the normal registration fee you will receive a Root River patch.   Contact Badger Trails for maps.

bulletFor your convenience, comfort stations at beginning of trail and where trail crosses Layton Avenue
